Jay is responsible for working closely with clients to help them clarify and achieve their long-term goals.
Two lifelong passions - music and investing - provided the foundation for Jay's professional pursuits. Prior to founding Century Wealth Management, Jay spent fifteen years in the music business collaborating with artists such as Billy Joel, Mariah Carey, REM, and Live, before retiring from this line of work in 2000.
Leveraging his experience managing his own investments, in 1999 Jay set out to build what is now Century Wealth Management. He attended Houghton College, has an MBA from Christian Brother's University, and holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM).
Jay is actively involved in the Memphis Community serving as a board member for Leadership Memphis and The Economic Club of Memphis. His past board service includes The RISE Foundation, FPA of Greater Memphis and others. He is an accomplished runner, an aspiring golfer, and loves to travel with his wife and three children.
Greg Davis serves as an advisor and is responsible for managing client portfolios, developing investment strategies, tax planning, and financial planning services. He works collaboratively with other team members in the formulation and implementation of client advice.
Prior to joining Century Wealth Management, Greg held roles as a financial advisor at Duncan Williams, a tax preparer with Cannon & Company CPAs, and the manager of a local debt collection service. He graduated from Christian Brothers University and holds the Certified Public Accountant designation as well as the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Greg currently serves as the President of the Tennessee Society of CPAs Memphis Chapter and is a member of the CBU Alumni Board. He is also active in several mentoring programs throughout Memphis. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Carrie and daughter Ellie Kate.
Ryan ensures a smooth implementation of all the advice and services we offer and provides our clients with ongoing administration of their financial activities.
Prior to joining Century Wealth Management, Ryan held roles as an account reconciliation administrator for Highland Capital Management and an account administrator for NewSouth Capital Management. She also worked for the Trust Department at A.G. Edwards & Sons. She graduated from The University of Mississippi and is a Registered Paraplanner. Ryan currently serves on the Town Committee Board and the Tennessee State Board for the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America. She enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and their 3 dogs at Pickwick Lake.
